Allan had training in Jacksonville FL. I wasn't going to go down but decided what they heck. After all it is only 5.5 hours. The weather wasn't ideal but it wasn't any better in SC so why not go and see family. Alex loving the water. He is getting a lot braver in the water.
Trinity walking with Daddy. I told the kids don'tget wet these are your only clothes. We already came down once to the beach out Uncle Chuck's and Aunt Cindy's back door. Well I forgot to tell my husband he was wetter than either of them.
A little cold but it was fun.
Walking the dogs.
Due to the storm over memorial weekend there was lots of things washed up on shore. Lots of crab legs. Uncle Chuck said he hasn't ever seen that. So pretty cool. There was lots of little ones but Alex only wanted the big ones. He wanted to keep them but I said no they will stink. So as we were leaving he put them in a special spot to get them when we come back. We aren't coming back but he just knew he would be coming back to get them.
Bar and her kids drove 3 hours to come see us. It was good seeing them I hadn't seen Andrew and Katie since they were 4 and 2. Now they are 11 and 9. Crazy. Andrew is not a hugger or toucher. Alex is. He wanted to hold Andrew's hand - Andrew really didn't want to but he was a good sport. And when saying good bye he was not going to give hugs. Nope that was too much for him. Funny funny!!
